This. And it stands for Player Rated Wins.

.4-.6 are about average.

Lower than that? In many cases it can indicate the player joins the losing team to help

Higher than that? Stop stacking teams.

I think this is the answer I like the best. It's the one I am going to use for a low rate! :P

how can I increase the storage of console? That's something I really need.

Not sure if that is possible, two possible solutions that pop into my mind are,

1.) auto record demos (you can review demos and review the console entries)

2.) a key-bind to condump the console content

3.) The server might log the console and archive the content

redy.

type /clear in the console. it will clear the whole console, but you don't have to scroll :P

other than above, i don't know any other solution.

This command I know but when someone has written something importent that would be "cleared".

Ctrl+End if I'm not wrong.

Ah okay thank you I will check it out next time :)

Yes press Ctrl + End, and it's transposable, works everywhere on your computer :) (net, wordpad, forums ..) !

periodically while playing i receive a message stating that I am running an old version of ET. Where should I go to get an update? Trackbase?

As the others said ctrl+end will do this.

Additionally you can open the console fullscreen by pressing alt+^ or just with 4 lines visible by ctrl+^

What you need to know about console is here : (copypast)

A few common keyboard keys which are used to navigate in the console:
PGUP & PGDN – scrolls up and down the console
MOUSEWHEEL – does the same as above
ALT+END – goes to the end of the console
ALT+^ (consolekey) – opens the console way down to full screen
CTRL+^ (consolekey) – opens the console in a minimal height only (3+1 lines)

Also there are a few commands which are useful:
/clear – clears out the whole console   (I think Alt+L or Ctrl+L does that too)
/cmdlist – lists almost all the commands in the console (290 commands in total)
/cvarlist – lists almost all the cvars in the console (854 cvars in total)
/condump – “et_console_save.txt†writes the more recent console lines into a text file named “et_console_saveâ€
