I think that something wrong happend with the shrubbot and everyone got banned (or at least everyone that has a level there oO)

PS.: Dare, i tried rebooting the serv using com_watchdog 4 and killserver (this usually works oO) but it didnt work and server didnt restart... I was like "oh shit imma get in trouble". I really apologize for that :( When i think about it, that was stupid, all i had to do was set g_shrubbot "" and map_restart ... lol

Anyways, our lovely dare will certainly fix this as soon as possible =)

Otherwise, you can still play on F|A N!tmod XPS (Euro serv) @ 188.165.50.108:27960 .

Yes their is error. When you do !setlevel something it adds some junk value before ban values and when u do !readconfig or when next map loads everyone gets banned.

I got that error once but then i cleared shrub and removed it. I will try to duplicate the error tonight back if i can.

I will restart the server within 4 hours of my posting time.

Thanks.

@Medic : I didnt know that rcon quit restarted the server. It does on the euro one because i made a script to restart it but i didn't know if it was going to work with the US one... sorry

@Dare : I know some people get errors with their shruboot (even tho i don't on the euro serv). I'll take a look at the code, i think it's caused by the 2 new fields : greeting & greeting_sound.

Also @everyone :D check the work in progress, there's something new :P:yahoo

The quit command is from etmain. All the mods has it, you have it yourself in your own client. However I think I get the point, you were wondering if the server startup was in a loop. So when you do rcon quit, the instance of that server die and if the startup of the server is in a loop it will restart. However if it's not in a loop, then the server will die and not restart. That would be stupid from gamehosters to not put it in a startup loop, but heh they are not all intelligent.

Also you could just reverse shell the server and do it manually ;) However it seems it's illegal :P

Actually having the server in an endless restarting loop has several negative effects. Much more fun though.

Hmm, first post on the forums and you insult people ;)

Having the server in an endless loop is the way to go. You just need good scripts that will clean and clear the last instance of the server and then restart it back. So when someone hit the Restart button on their web panel control, it just kill the pid of the application, which will cycle the loop. At this moment I didn't met any host not doing that. After being a technician at different hosters (3 to be exact) and having business with a lot of host, I realize that they are almost all on a reset loop. But anyway if you have fun with reset loop then let it be! ;)
