Jay 2 server uneven teams

I want say same what i say earlier

I see couple topic in botts in jay2. I think everybody think that botts is good when they have not so many as now. (10) I play allmost everyday in jay2 and when i start play jay2 over year ago i see more players than now. I dont think that be due to botts. I play european time so not know how many plays Jay2 in American time. But i think that 8 vs 8 is better than 10 vs 10. Its easier to get teams full and not so easy to stack teams. But its better than we have botts than we have not botts. I not see that problem is big, but if we do couple small change we can get Jay2 more players as we have now.

 

But i see that Jay1 is full of members and nobody not come Jay2, that we need more members in Jay2. I think that is best answer.

 

 

 

What i see admins do good work on Jay2!! And now i see more players and admins in Jay2. So Good Good!

But the problems origin are the bots in the first place.

I disagree with what you said , I have to say it...many many regulars don't even f***ing care to even the teams...it is not a problem of bots it is a problem of beeing fair and act like a nice player to let other people enjoy the game too

Live with unpopular action is a part of being admin. In couterparts, we know those actions will benefit to the whole community. So everybody that accepts any level should be ready to live with that.

 

Saying the bots are the problem is shooting in the wrong direction IMO. Nuff said....all those reasons have been explained here and i agree with them.

1. It's a fact that many people turn into stupid fags when they can hide in the anonymity of the internet, especially in online games. Appealing to common sense is useless in this cases. It can be moaned about day in day out and everyone can be put manually in the teams day in day out, for me that doesn't make sense.

 

2. IMO a game server should be set up in a way so that the very basic game mechanics can't be exploited under standard conditions, which balanced teams are a part of. Giving players the possibility to do so is just calling for trouble. The possibiliy is given to them by too many bots auto-filling the missing slots. A game server should be able to manage those basics itself without additional admin work.

And don't get me wrong, I like your servers and appreciate your work but I think the big amount of bots on some of them is causing more troubles than benefits, for you as admins and for the players. Especially for the guys who get stuck in the weaker team which will happen again and again. If 16 people are playing and one team gets stacked with 10 humans, that means 6 people probably won't have a enjoyable game, 3 of them leave, 3 bots fill up, then it's 10vs3, scoreboard still says 10vs10, and that's how it goes in reality.

Hi everyone,

 

thanks for your help DD but for sure the bots are not the problems, the players are...MOST of the times, i am alone on Jay2 or von Rantala or JayC, we really need admins there, REALLY, it makes me pissed when i see Jay1 or Jay3 full of admins while we are fighting alone on Jay2...I am sorry if i look like rude but i cant keep this for me...i know it is our job as admins to make people respect the rules and even the teams, repsecting the other people etc etc...but i was used to play on Jay3, then i passed a bit more time on Jay1 and when i read and saw that WE missed admins on Jay2 i didn't even have to think about it I CONNECTED to Jay2 and now Jay2 is almost my second house in the evening lol, many people say to me "Good you are here now coz it is a mess here when there are no admins" OMG   imagine how it is when there are no admins on Jay2...with this we will lose players...and i want everything except that! So i am calling all admins from =F|A= 
PLEASE i am begging you , come on Jay2, come help us, help players, and come having fun with us

Yeah sometimes when we are alone the trolls take profit of that to take you to the limits of your patience.

Just a simple "yes do what my fellow admin said ,and respect the rules" it suficient but when we are alone and no one to back us up.

Its realy difficult to keep the peace.

But jay2 is just a question of beeing always an admin there to enforce the rules,if theres no one they do what ever they want .

 

and ofc when an admin is there making the rules be respected it seems to arch for them cuz they never have rules to follow all day.

 

its just a question of making presence and apeer on jay2 several times a day should do the work on controling the trolls.

It's all true what you said Barb, many times there was no admins it was chaos: swearing, insulting, buffoonery, etc. .. as they arise admin stops. Indeed it would be desirable that someone is from the admin does not have to play, only to be order and decency.
