NQ3 isn't as populare as NQ1 or Jay1 so it is not easy to find an admin who is interested in that job ... you might ask satori, fre*dom, d..x, medusa or rop. these admins are always online and can help you. I stayed and called another admin.. I improvised, its what you have to do hahahaha.
