I know it will not solve your prob, but in waiting to find from where comes this issue in this thread like I had asked you to do, you could dl these maps from our forum if this is faster: http://fearless-assassins.com/files/category/4-maps/

Also if you can add some infos like the speed of your connection, components of your pc, Windows version, version of ET patch, etc,etc.. More infos provided, more It will help to find a solution faster.. Does he have "allow downloads" on?

Or, would "allow HTTP/FTP downloads 0" in Options menu cause this?

I got some problems fixed. But only on the map drush_b3 i downloaded it but i still cant connect and et give this problem (etmain/drush_b3.pk3 local file excist with wrong checksum)

This problem I had too I just downloaded the maps and putted those in etmain

Now I understand you don't want to go and download every map separately, but with me the problem resolved on it's own.

Well unless someone else have a other option this is what I found on a simuler problem.

Hi BlackRob!!!

Looks like you've been playing in an evil server. Period. Some servers force you to download their custom paks, and looks like that one had a custom pak with the same name as an official map. That generates a problem when connecting to a server. All I can recommend is:

1 - Uninstall and make sure to delete everything related to ET, specially the maps/pak
2 - Reinstall the game and disable the option to automatically download packages on the options menu.

so unless someone have a better Idea, this might be the solution.

if you delete it I would save you're cfg and etkey.

and 2nd option is not needed I think, this guy who responded on the question did this to prevent automatic download.

and you want to have automatic download :P

and in case you need to download ET again here is the updated version 2.6b

Because you had broken download..  Delete the map and all maps with .tmp file after it. Re join server and you will download map again.
