Omega-X Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 yes but where do you put all of this stuff lol Quote
nani* Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 yes but where do you put all of this stuff lol http://fearless-assassins.com/topic/20-scripts-configs-sharing/ Read carefully what was said by Daredevil in that post, is sufficient well explained so u know what to do if u r not familiar with how create your own cfg. Quovadis Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Attack sprint script is not good imo , you cant efficiently control your stamina bar. Having 2 differant sens make it harder to aim since you can't get used to your sens. Why pmove_fixed 0 if 1 can make you jump higher , so move faster? Btw not critism you just want to help. Quote

JackHammer Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 D: cheat! Jeje mmm i dont understend about cfg... Just change the keyboard and sensibility... I think is enough Quote
PiNoY Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 I also have multi sense , multi fov and attack sprint. These 3 changes when I crouch for distant enemies, so it makes screen nearer and sensi lower for far/distant attacks . Quote
PiNoY Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 Cool, this is when mouse1 is triggered , auto sprints and personally helps me on close and medium-range battle. Ofc if you still have that sprint bar in full, u will be able to sprint longer when attacking set gunno "+attack; +sprint" set gunyes "-attack; -sprint" bind MOUSE1 "+vstr gunno gunyes" bind mouse1 "+vstr gunno gunyes" I tried toggling cg_drawgun 1 from the above and I never got used to gun-less hud, so I had removed that. To shoot at distant enemy - I personally use this. Lowers down sensi, crosshairsize and fov by pressing C Modify to suit your screen size and sensi ofc coz I dont normally play in full screen set sensd "+movedown; cg_fov 90; cg_crosshairSize 33; sensitivity 2.6" set sensu "-movedown; cg_fov 120; cg_crosshairSize 38; sensitivity 3" set do "vstr sensd" set up "vstr sensu" bind c "+vstr do up" I got use to the above coz I personally think that on close range fights, sensi should be quicker or higher compared to far distant fights which requires sensi to be lower down, but that is me. But ofc, you will not sprint if you are attacking on crouch mode. Optionally. you can also modify the above concept and load into your sniper script to adjust your zoom factor if you snipes mostly but I dont have any sniper script. HTH Quote
Clan Friend SunLight Posted January 13, 2013 Clan Friend Posted January 13, 2013 I got used to this script for zooming (since I sprint with mouse2, I can hold shift to zoom) set zoom_on "cg_fov 90" set zoom_off "cg_fov 120" bind shift "+vstr zoom_on zoom_off" in the past I changed sens too, but later I realized that having only 1 sensi is better for me. And probably 1 fov too, but now I'm too much used to changing between 120 and 90. Attack+sprint is bad for pistol and rifle, so I removed that long time ago as well. Some time ago (using a custom mod with a moving target and a graph) I did several tests regarding accuracy and sensitivity, all I discovered leads to the (obvious, probably) fact that accuracy depends mainly on reaction time, and any sensi you have (unless it's really unconfortable) leads to the same accuracy after your hand gets used to it. The same could be more easily proven by recording yourself doing random left-right with etpro trickjump ghost, then make an avi (tj ghost doesn't appear in demos) of yourself aiming at the ghost with high and low sens, you will see that your mistakes have the same size with any sens (enemy moves left, xhair moves right -> brain mistake, not hand, so sensi cannot fix it) Quote
PiNoY Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 that is a fact, maybe they can be called like memory cells of finger senses like remembering how far the hand reacts and aims elsewhere regardless of sensi, idk. So the brain must have sufficient control of the hand's reaction length, speed and direction directed to the enemy I supposed. Quote
