He reached a speed of 988 km/h, which is around Mach 0.806. Lets see if this guy succeeds in beating that record and reaching the speed of sound. His suit will have to be pretty aerodynamic to be able to go over the speed of sound. Drag forces increase by a lot when nearing the speed of sound.
