Accusation of using aimbot

I was playing on the NQ server today, when FA member Omega accused me of using an aimbot and said if I don't leave he would kick me. I tried to get a screenshot of what was said, but having dual screens screwed it up somehow.

 

I have played ET for close to 6 years now, and have never used an aimbot before. I moved this past year, and lost touch with most of the servers I played on. Came back, found them again, but they don't have much traffic. I've been looking for decent servers with decent players and decent traffic to play on, and the NQ and Hardcore servers are both great. I have played this past week with a few FA members on the Hardcore server, and I'm sure they could never accuse me of using an aimbot considering how much out of practice I am.

 

I just don't want this to turn into a problem. I try to abide by the rules and keep things fair as much as possible and will hopefully be able to continue doing so.

 

I especially enjoy the hardcore server, as its fun to play with real teamwork.

Accusations from both sides- either it is from a member or a player- needs to be backed up with proof. So if any you have demo\SS it will looked at in depth. Without proof our hands are tied up.

Thanks. I have no problem if anyone wants to check me out. As I said, I have played this game for years now, and am probably an above average player. The NQ server has a lot of new players, so I can often taken advantage of them.

 

I guess it was just strange that a member would threaten to kick me if I didn't leave. I meant no harm and will stay off that server if it is a problem.

Please take screenshot next time as proof so we can take action. I can also say "Azure" is cheating and ban you and then claim I have demo. But that doesn't make sense, does it? If you have screenshot of him threatening you please let us know and we will take action.

dont feel you cant play on that server your welcome on any of our severs but i will point out that nq3 has allot of less skilled players so may i suggest our hardcore server or etpro people there are more up for a little fight but please feel free to come by nq3 any time ...nobody should be accusing you of anything with out proof

I know, I know. I did take a screenshot, but the dual monitors messed it up. I'll have to get that fixed. I don't think he has a demo either way. I played maybe 10 min of one map, and with a few min left he told if i don't leave he'll kick me. Which is a bit bizarre but whatever.

Yeah I noticed that too. I spend more time on the Hardcore server if it has traffic. More fun anyways.

Yes as our friends said in above. screenshot is the backup evident to support your claim.Maybe you are too skilled for players in that server thats why they assumed you may use some kind of cheat but no worries. Because sometimes it happens that some people would misdiagnose the skill with aimbot.

You should come to Jay3 sometiems to play with more skilled players.

Played with him many times on hardcore..good teamplayer and certainly doesnt appear to be cheating..a pleasure to game with imo.

hey azure there's no need to do so .. i play regularly on silent server .. i have seen players like pro*cya , b!ade , ctrl-krazy ... who have over 3 k/d ratio (they dont hack .. they're skilled tatz it ) /... ofcoruse , without proof we cant do anything . but dont get worried just cause of one warning . . its important to enjoy the game .. tat y we game .. don't we ?

Heeeey buddy. Fun playing with you the other day.

 

I spend most of my time on the NQ #3 because my ping is around 70 most times, and the only other FA server it is that low is hardcore, and that server is full most times. Lately we've been getting VERY good traffic actually, 15-15 the past few days, so things are looking up. I'm trying to get more friends to come join.

 

There are good players on there, if they join. Not many teamplayers though. I like to kill as much as the next guy, but I only usually do it if my teammates don't go for objective. If they do, I try my best to help.

 

I should also point out, that I've played with Omega a few more times, and he's been really nice, so as far as I'm concerned, everything is cleared up. Good stuff.
