Dak
Curious about the system configurations of the hard-core gamers out there, particularly the guys always owning me on COD4. Looking for ideas for a new system, care to share your computer spec's? pictures?
TulsaGeoff
Excuse my PC, its almost 3 years old. Well everything except the graphics card . I would fully recommend EVGA and Corsair's products with lifetime warranties. I have been through a couple vid cards, motherboards, and power supplies. These companies were great to deal with. So haven't had the motivation to really get it right. Especially since i've been busy with school lately too.

That should be a great PC. I've learned from personal experience that 1600 speed ram is fine if you wanted to save some money. I'm not sure if that motherboard or the rampage extreme would be the better board. I personally do not care for that case. The Corsair 800d with the window would probably be my choice. rolf
Dell Precision M4600, with: Intel i7 2760QM (2.4GHz Quadcore) 24GB memory 256GB Samsung 830 SSD, probably I'll make my old SSD of 80GB swapable for linux boot, hard swapable within 10 seconds 750GB 'default' HDD (7200RPM) in the optical bay Nvidia Quadro 2000M, somewhere between a GTX555M and GTX560M 1920x1080 at 15.6" And of course all the other trivial fancy stuff, and at home it's connected to my 24" screen and 37" TV Is that all? No, of course not. I can get way over 6 hours on a single battery charge.
