I think we're all entitled to our opinion since there's a reason I don't play Jay4, I prefer silEnT mod.. So I play Hardcore / Silent - whichever isn't full. I never play Jay4 unless its a game night so I'm one of those people you're referring to, but I would definitely play there if it was silEnT mod.. Silent Recruiting and Hardcore are usually full during my gaming hours. Sure, people who only play NoQuarter and no other mod, shouldn't really offer an opinion here.. If they wont play the server regardless, THEN I see validity in saying not everyone should be entitled to an opinion here.. but not whilst there are plenty of us pining for another silent server. Still not so as jay1/2/3, but there are a bunch of regular players, i think if we keep this server, the popularity will grow. all we have to do is to get some admins there (also jay2). the other side is I realy will enjoy a silent server on a euro host All the time i connect to silent, the server is full :?, all the time i connect to hc i have a high ping :? 1

Artanis Posted February 19, 2012 Posted February 19, 2012 I've played on jay2 and Recruiting since i found F|A and enjoy those servers most. Having said that I would welcome a change on Jay4 to silent mod. I like that it's a different gameplay than i'm used to and when i'm on different servers i enjoy meeting different players. The thing about jay4 is that it's not as populated as our other servers and as much as i like to play there i prefer playing without bots ( as much as that is possible ). If this change were implemented I'd visit there more often.

ManOwaR Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 (edited) People who are usualy play on Jay4 will never come back there if will be another mod. They will look up to another Jaymod server. They love adrenaline so they will not go on Jay1 and when they will go to other 2 and 3 , a part of them will dissconect coz on Jay4 are not playing so skilled players like the others who play on 1,2,3 , at least half of them. They like this Jay4 Server settings coz are most easy to them , transforming that server we will losse them , at least half of them. I tryed to play on Silent , lol most worst for me , after 10 min I dissconect. For me or some players like me is not a problem to play on Jay1 or 2 , but me never on 3 coz I dont like the rapid fire of weapons and settings what I am not shamed to say coz these settings are a paradise for cheaters. ( just my opinion ) I was there and I stay spec a lot. What I want to say is this : We will go to other 3 servers of Jaymod wich are already full. Nobody who is regular on Jay4 will not play on a silent mod. And after all , at least 1/4 of players from there will be gone forever. If that server will be how it is we will lose nothing , transforming the server we will lose some players. I tell you this coz I have spoken with them on server about this. A big part of them dont have an account on forums eighter and the other part is not so active on Forums , than those VOTS will not be like this. It is up to you ... CYA. Rarely there are admins and allmost all day teams are far from even and eighter when you want , cant join to the team with less players coz there allways is one bot more than the other with more real players. But as I pretty much enjoy silent mod and have faced the point of "Server is full" a lot of times during peak hours I'd like to the another silent server from F|A around and if that one's to be another europe (Germany?) server I'll love that. So Chuckun already got the point stated above: It doesn't really matter if we'd played on Jay4 before, it's about that we'd like to see another silent server that won't redirect us to HC the second you wanna hop onto it. 1
