website profile photo fix

Apparently i am not the only member having trouble uploading a profile image. Zarian told me she couldn't either.

I managed to do it, Bozzie. I'm not quite sure how, but I did. I just got lucky, I think...

Clear your cache and try again. If that doesn't work, attach it here as JoeDirt suggested (yes, he WAS trying to help) and either I or another staff+ member can do it for you.

 

Or it may well be because the image you're trying to use is too large. In either case, I can do that for you.

You can upload files into your post when you got to 'More Reply Options' and then Attach the file.

I suppose you tried to clear your cache already.

What happens when you upload the image and then right click - reload page?
