PiaNist
quite pissed really. i've read a lot of review from other forums about tracking problems of logitech laser/gaming mice. has any of our logitech mouse users here experienced the same thing? Administrators JoeDirt Posted November 22, 2011 Administrators Share Posted November 22, 2011 I had wire break on both my G5 and G9 mice, but little soldering took care off it. I find that my Razer mice are more durable, btw they all get equal use .
TulsaGeoff
I have had to replace 3 g5's. I think Joe's statement holds true.

Did they ask for a receipt? I've heard their customer service is pretty awesome.
PiaNist
yes i've sent the receipt together with the mouse. it took more than a week though before I got the replacement. online customer service (thru their website) sucks really....i've created my support ticket almost 2 weeks ago but til now, no one ever bothered to reply.
