Website New member title/ranks for forums

I have changed title of user profiles from old boring ET Trial, ET Member, COD4 trial, etc. to something based on post count.

 

L0: Newbie       0		
L1: Learner	10		
L2: Beginner	25		
L3: Novice	50		
L4: Apprentice	100		
L5: Journeyman	200		
L6: Expert	400		
L7: Teacher	600		
L8: Grand Teacher 800		
L9: Master	1000		
L10: Grand Master 2000		
L11: Assassin 3000
