Long: With Nvidia, the first number (4xx, 5xx) gives the serie, the second and third how fast it is. Between a 420 and a 520 is a performance difference, about 15%. Between a 480 and a 580, again, about 15%. Now, between a recent x20 and a x30 is a performance difference of about 100%, x30 to x50 again about 100%, x50 to x60 about 60%, x60 to x80 50%. (mainly estimation based on GFLOPS, not really correct but the cheapest/easiest comparison. It is "correct" for the 4xx and 5xx, for the 2xx only the 220 to 250 holds, the 'higher' 260 and 280 aren't that much faster than their slower siblings.) Quote

VazQueezz! Posted December 25, 2011 Posted December 25, 2011 i think that the first computer is better than the second. the second only has superior hard disk but it isnt too important because the first has also a good HDD... the Ghz is the processor speed... between more Ghz it will be more fast.. the number of cores is the MOST important in a processor:) good luck my friend.. any of the 2 are an excelent purshase Quote
