I moved your topic because Applications/Join Us section is where clan membership applications are submitted.

This section seems to me to be more appropriate for your problem. However, just in case, I will warn you that it may be moved again if necessary.
As mentioned above, RedBaird or Scarface will be able to help you with this issue, as they usually deal with this.
I hope you stay here for a long time

You need to write a contact us for that subject matter. 

There you can put in all the needed infos about your previous account.
