Your upload says " Max total size: 10.34MB ", so you might be better off putting your videos and pics onto an online 'sharing service" and just posting the links.  You should be able to open the "Other Media" and choose "insert image from url", which should save you some space on your FA-site upload limits.

 

Using video-image links could be a little trickier.  :hmm 

 

ADDED:  I just checked your "file-attachment" records and you have used 46% of your allotment and have 105MB left to go, so you are in good shape.
