I just read it , i m just not sure changing ip would work as my ping is fine on jay 2.   Only problem is on jay 1 ....  both server have same location soo i asumed my problem is related to this specific server .

Hey !

Oh it is not only about changing IP, but reseting the whole stack.

Anyway, Yes, it is only on Jay1...

Your MTR shows Good values the whole path (Same for both until thE Last HOP) only on Jay1's HOP which shows high latency.

Not related to your config or network performance.

I Hope @daredevil could help you or give you more info on this one.

If you open explorer

Go to /windows/system32/

There is a (Big) list of files:

Do you find ipconfig.exe and netsh.exe?

OK Eazy.

As I thought before, after reading your report, it is not related to you, or your ISP or config...

Maybe DD Will have more info

jay1 win mtr (high ping 150-200)

@daredevil Eazy is having an odd lag to jay1 but not to jay2.  My own WinMtr results for each server are normal and have no abnormal lag.

@Eazy When we post our winMTR results in public, we usually hide our network IP, just as a security and privacy  precaution.  That would be the one below the 192.168.x.x .
