hello i have a problem i installed etlegacy and when i run it it will pop up error vm_create on cgame failed, i recently changed the graphics card to amd and also the new windows 10 thank you for the answers

You need to create NQ folder in ETL installation folder, just like you see on that screen:

and put this two files there

ui_mp_x86.dll

cgame_mp_x86.dll

I use ETL 2.76

Here is what i have in my NQ folder :

 

 

 

I copied the dll files from my 2.60b installation.

Just a heads up that I'm following this. I ran AMD cards for the past 8 years. 

Could you explain when this issue occured?
After you installed the AMD card, or after you installed the latest Windows 10 update?

ohh wait you have that problem right after fresh install

 

all you need to do is to unpack this files manually from etl_bin_v2.76.pk3 file (it's in Legacy folder, use program Winrar for that) to "Legacy" folder in installation folder

 

 

 

And to connect to NQ1 you will still need to do what I told you in my first post in this topic

Hi, thank you for your answer, here is the overall problem with etlegacy not from nq, I tried it but without success still throws an error, although we have at least opened the app, but only this screen will remain photo

I did it as you wrote after the first and then after the second the game turned on well but when it reads nq there is a photo in the appendix

1. Try entering a command /seta com_hunkmegs 256 in console

2. If it doesn't work - delete all files in /User/Documents/ETLegacy/nq, download http://wolffiles.de/filebase/ET/Mods/nq_v1-2-9_b6.zip, open with e.g winrar or 7zip, put files nq_v1.2.9_3.pk3, nq_b_v1.2.9_6.pk3 and unpack the one I attached (again using winar/7zip)

I put a new graphics card AMD RADEON 560 2GB DDR5 there and the game is even worse than on nvidia graphics, there is no need to set or activate something there? you didn't have a problem with AMD graphics?

Yes, he was playing on NQ1 but now he was low FPS problem

already told him to set r_primitives 2 but it didn't help

Did he try the other values of r_primitives to make sure it doesnt help ?
