World flag name?

I was playing ET and I realized I didn't know a flag. I asked the player to provide his country name, but he never responded. 

 

I noticed the flag is very similar to «Suriname», but this flags' symbol is not a star and is not in the center.

checked an image on the internet with all the flags in the world, the only one similar would be Suriname, but that is about it.

Well technically Guadeloupe's flag should be the french flag since Guadeloupe isn't a country, kinda surprised they implemented such a flag and now I'd be curious to see Martinique's flag or even Guyane's flag if there's one

It is probably something like a State Flag in the USA.  Puerto Rico and Guam have flags, but are not USA States.  I've seen some city flags on TBS, such as Paris.

It seems that Katon is correct about the French flag and that the one found bye Ben22 is the one proposed by the "People's Union for the Liberation of Guadeloupe", and is said to be very similar to Suriname's

if you do !country it will tell you what country the flag is. only if your admin though woops.

Woops!  I knew it as "French Guiana", not "Guyane Française"!

 

I had assumed a typo, similar to many of mine.
