  3. Im pretty excited about the new IT movie coming out on Sept. 8th, my Bday btw, The original had Tim Curry as Pennywise, tough to beat. I was Pennywise for Halloween last year and there was a clown scare in philadelphia area at the time, lol Should have seen the looks I got, either loved me or loathed me. hahaha had great live music and everyone wanted photos with me, 5 minutes of fame. Not bad for doing my own makeup, spray painted hair and I was ripped drunk, those arent contacs, lol Could of won costume contest. Anyways, the trailer:
  4. Eazy

    X Man Apocalypse

hey guys!! keep an eye open for the new X Man Apocalypse who s comming out in the end of may . btw: i worked on that movie
  5. This movie is no extraordinary i say, but for the purpose of entertaining i'd say it's a good movie. The first human born on Mars travels to Earth for the first time, experiencing the wonders of the planet through fresh eyes. He embarks on an adventure with a street smart girl to discover how he came to be. Would love to read your opinions for those who already watched it.
  6. Hi i was wondering with all these movie remakes over the years Whats the one movie you wish they would remake. number one for me would be The Warriors
  7. Another weekend at the box office and another milestone for Fox's action superhero movie Deadpool. The R-rated film has now climbed into the Top 10 chart for top-grossing comic book adaptations since 1978. It has now made more than $328 million domestically, which pushes it past 2008's Iron Man ($318 million) to move into the No. 10 spot on the chart. These numbers come from Box Office Mojo (via CBR). Deadpool now needs $5 million more to pass 2014's Guardians of the Galaxy, which stands at $333 million in the United States. Worldwide, Deadpool has now banked more than $708 million, according to Box Office Mojo. Unsurprisingly, a sequel is in the works. What may be more shocking, however, is that producers are reportedly not looking for the sequel--which will also star Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool--to have a larger budget than the first one. Writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick recently spoke about seeking a smaller budget for their sequel. "We don't want $150 million to go make the next movie; that's not Deadpool," Wernick said. "Deadpool doesn't lift cities up into the air or battle aliens coming down to earth, that's just not Deadpool. So we're happy in that little small budget range that they have us in; we don't wanna blow this next one out." The first Deadpool was made on a reported $58 million production budget. The sequel may not have a larger budget for the actual production, but Fox will reportedly pay Reynolds quite a bit more. 8. Activision Blizzard announced today that it will develop a "cinematic universe" based on the Call of Duty games, as well as a Skylanders TV show called Skylanders Academy - presumably the former won't culminate in an Avengers-like team-up of XxBluntForce420xX and I360NoScopeU. These new projects are thanks to the Activision Blizzard Studios, a newly opened, Hollywood-oriented division of the publisher. Although the Call of Duty films are still in the planning phase, Activision Blizzard has already announced the main cast and crew for Skylanders. Futurama writer Eric Rogers will act as showrunner, with Justin Long (Accepted, Dodgeball) as Spyro, Ashley Tisdale (Phineas & Ferb) as Stealth Elf, Jonathan Banks (Breaking Bad) as Eruptor, and Norm MacDonald (Saturday Night Live, Billy Madison) as Glumshanks. Nick van Dyk, former Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Disney, will oversee the studio. 9. Sherlockians and Cumberfans, get ready. Sherlock: The Abominable Bride, a 90-minute special, will premiere on Friday, January 1, 2016 on PBS' Masterpiece Mystery. Then the 4th season of Sherlock will subsequently go into production this Spring. You can watch the trailer for the special below: Source http://www.vulture.com/
  10. Like his Skyfall and Spectre director Sam Mendes, Daniel Craig has made no bones about the fact that he'd quite like to move on to other projects after playing James Bond four times since 2005. While many actors have been championed to take over as 007 once Craig's tenure ends, if a new report is to be believed... MGM has already found their man. Contrary to recent rumors, it seems the studio is keen to keep Bond male, though the man in the running hasn't featured on any wishlists or rumored reports in the past. A source close to The Mirror has it on good authority that Damian Lewis has been given the "unofficial nod" to take over the part after Craig hands in his Walther PPK. At this stage it's too early to tell whether or not there's any truth to it, but it's still worth contemplating, as Lewis has a solid onscreen presence with a flair for being mysterious. Sadly, Lewis' appointment would definitively rule out Idris Elba, whose would make a damn fine Bond. Catch Daniel Craig's potentially last-ever stint as the suave agent when Spectre opens in the UK on October 26 and the US on November 6. Source http://www.gamesradar.com/
  11. Danny Boyle has given an update on the forthcoming Trainspotting sequel, revealing that he hopes to begin filming on the project next summer. Boyle recently suggested the sequel will be his next film, and has now told Coming Soon he hopes to kick things off next May. “It’s May and June next year we shoot and we’ve got a terrific script,” said Boyle. “We’ve got the four main actors all eager and willing to do it. I’m very happy because my only [concern] was that the script would be good for two of them and not so great for the other two, and they’d feel obliged to come back, but they’ve all got good stuff, and it’s a very interesting look at them again. Hopefully, we can get it finished in time to release it in 2016 which is the 20th Anniversary year, so yes, we’re on it, and it’s looking good.” The film will be based upon author Irvine Welsh’s follow-up novel, Porno, but according to Boyle, it will be using a different title, presumably to make it sound a little more marketable. “We’re going to try and call it T2, but there might be some issues there with James Cameron,” jokes Boyle. “I’ll have to beg and we’ll have to go to James Cameron and say ‘What do you think?’” Source http://www.gamesradar.com/
  12. Vin Diesel has given an update on the search for a director for Fast & Furious 8, claiming that the delay in appointing a replacement for James Wan has been down to a desire on his part to make sure they get the right man for the job. More significantly however, Diesel then went on to confirm that there will be three more films in the franchise, taking the series all the way up to Fast & Furious 10. “The fans of the Fast & Furious saga are the best fans in the world,” said Diesel on his Facebook page. “Since I became the producer in 2008, you have been with me every step of the way… literally giving me feedback that proved invaluable. Thank you. My producing partner Neal would love for me to just sign off on a director, but this is too special a franchise, so these matters have to be very carefully handled. To be clear, NO ONE has been offered to helm Fast 8 yet… let alone seen a script.” “Universal has been so good to me and so trusting of the vision,” continues the star. “They have been like family… I promised the studio I would deliver one last trilogy to end the saga. I will announce the directors on my next post…” Diesel’s comments would appear to contradict previous reports that claimed James Wan had been offered “life-changing money” to return to the helm, before Justin Lin was also offered the gig. In any case, it sounds as though there will be movement on this front in the not to distant future… Should all go to plan, Fast & Furious 8 will open in the UK and US on April 14, 2017. 13. Jason Momoa’s first appearance as Aquaman in the "unite the seven" teaser poster certainly set tongues wagging, with the former Game Of Thrones star looking suitably imposing as the ocean-dwelling superhero. That said, a common criticism was that his costume didn’t appear to bear a great deal of relation to the one sported by his comic-book counterpart. However, while Zack Snyder’s typical colour palette is dominated by darker shades, Momoa has hinted that there may yet be room for a nod to Aquaman’s more traditional garb. "There might be some bit of orange and green," said Momoa, during an interview with The Robot's Voice. "A bit of respect to prior work. But I think he is meaner now and upset – look at what has been done to our oceans. That’s his world that has been polluted." Will Aquaman be going all eco-warrior on us? Will he be playing the Captain Planet role in DC’s newly expanded roster of superheroes? Probably not, although it’s interesting to hear Momoa describing him in a real-world context. Momoa will get his own solo movie in 2018, but before then we can look forward to seeing him make his bow in Batman v Superman on March 25 2016. Source http://www.gamesradar.com/
  14. One of this summer's big movie success stories was Furious 7. The seventh film in the already popular Fast And Furious franchise took the series to a new level when it passed the $1.5 billion mark in terms of global box office, making it the fifth most successful film of all time. Despite this success, producers Universal are having trouble finding a director for the next film. The Hollywood Reporter have reported that James Wan, director of Furious 7, has declined "life-altering money" to return for another instalment of the action series, opting instead to make the sequel to his 2013 horror hit The Conjuring. Justin Lin, who directed four of the previous parts, has declined too, moving onto the latest Star Trek movie, Star Trek Beyond. Non-Stop director Jaume Collet-Serra was also approached, but was not available. Furious 7 had a notoriously troubled production, with star Paul Walker dying in a car crash halfway through shooting. The film was completed using a rewritten script, body doubles, and elaborate effects, but The Hollywood Reporter notes that the difficulty of the two-year production period may have had a detrimental effect on Wan's health. In addition, sources for the site state that star and producer Vin Diesel was "extraordinarily difficult," questioning many of the complex action sequences in tiny detail. Representatives for both Diesel and Wan have denied that there were on-set problems. The eighth Fast & Furious film is currently scheduled for an April 2017 release. In December last year, Deadline reported that Universal were looking for a director to helm a "multi-part production," with several movies shooting simultaneously, but it is unknown if this is still their intention. 15. Sony is moving forward with new Men in Black movies, but they may not feature lead actor Will Smith. That's according to Walker Parkes and Laurie MacDonald, who talked about the project in a new interview. Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Parkes confirmed that the MiB revival is "very active" within Sony right now. "We're in the middle of it," he explained. Asked directly if Smith--who played Agent J in all three MiB films--would have a role in it, Parkes replied, "Most likely no." It's unclear, too, if Tommy Lee Jones--who also starred in all three movies so far--will appear in the forthcoming films. Whatever the case, McDonald added that Sony is planning to revive the series as a trilogy. It's still early days for the new MiB trilogy, so there are no casting or plot details yet for the film, which also does not have a release date. In 2014, leaked Sony Pictures emails suggested that Sony was working on a MiB/21 Jump Street crossover film. However, neither Parkes nor McDonald made any mention of that in the new interview. The most recent MiB movie was 2012's MiB 3, which was a box office smash with more than $624 million in global ticket sales. Altogether, the three-movie franchise has generated more than $1.6 billion at the box office. Source http://www.gamespot.com/
  16. It's rare for the follow-up to a massive summer blockbuster to take as along as twenty years to appear, but next summer will finally see the release of the Independence Day sequel. Independence Day: Resurgence reunites director Roland Emmerich with several members of the original 1996 cast, and Emmerich has recently spoken about what fans can expect from the new film. In an interview with Collider, Emmerich explained that the alien fleet defeated in the first movie was only a small part of the invading extraterrestrial force. "It's only like one of the hives, like kind of moving around," he said. "What we did this time, we tried to expand the universe, too. It's not as simple as the last one because you cannot make it as simple as the last one. "Also, it's a little bit about what happened to our world when you know that they are coming back. We had twenty years to come together as a planet and to build incredible things to have a little more even fight." Production wrapped on the film a few weeks ago. Joining returning cast members Jeff Goldblum, Vivica A. Fox, and Bill Pulman are relative newcomers Maika Monroe--best known for her lead role in this year's horror hit It Follows--and Jesse Usher, both of whom Emmerich describes as "incredible" in their roles. Independence Day: Resurgence is set for a June 24, 2016 release, and also stars Liam Hemsworth, Charlotte Gainsbourg, and Sela Ward. Source http://www.gamespot.com/
  17. As is the case with many trailers, some of a film's more cunning moments are often revealed in the marketing efforts. Lionsgate isn't concerned with revealing - see: spoiling - the fate of one important supporting character in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2, as its latest preview plays like one long tribute to ... SPOILER ALERT ... ... Katniss' sister. The trailer, entitled "For Prim," chronicles all of the kindness Katniss has shown her younger sibling, starting with that time she belted out "I volunteer as tribute!" back in the first Hunger Games. It's a rather touching video montage of the two onscreen sisters, if only it didn't give away one huge plot point. Amid all the tear-jerking musical cues, perhaps the biggest clue to her fate is the text inserts. "This November, her sacrifice is the ultimate tribute," they read, which pretty much spell out a grim end for Prim. Find out how the poor little thing bites it when Mockingjay - Part 2 opens in theaters in the US on November 20 - the UK gets it a day earlier on November 19! Source http://www.gamesradar.com/
  18. Brad Bird's The Iron Giant Is Coming Back to Theaters, Remastered, With New ScenesDirector Brad Bird has put together a pretty [puts on sunglasses] incredible body of work so far, including two beloved Pixar films and the histrionically fun Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol. But before he was given mammoth budgets to make what are essentially live-action animated movies, Bird directed the gorgeous The Iron Giant, an animated movie with shades of Stand By Me and The Day the Earth Stood Still. Vin Diesel voices the Giant, giving a genuinely moving performance. (Diesel recently hinted that a sequel may one day happen, but nothing substantial has surfaced yet.) Though lovingly made and impeccably animated (a mix of computer and tradition animation), the film sunk like a heap of scrap in the sea, earning $31 million on a $70 million budget. Now the movie is being rereleased in theaters, remastered and with two new scenes in a "Signature Edition." It'll hit theaters for two single-night events and screen at the Toronto International Film Festival. A Blu-ray release has also been announced, so you'll be able to watch the movie and cry uncontrollably every night. Either way, if you didn't see it 16 years ago, now you can rectify that mistake. 19. Seemingly completely unafraid of movie critics using the "this is total claptrap" line, Lionsgate has revealed that it is developing a movie based on Gearbox's Borderlands franchise. Variety says the "tentpole" flick is being produced by Avi and Ari Arad, who are worth mentioning for their past production credits, including numerous early Marvel films, and Avi's status as the founder and, until 2006, CEO of Marvel Studios. “Lionsgate has emerged as a major creative force in the global marketplace with an incredible portfolio of brands; our partners at Gearbox have pioneered and cultivated an iconic property; and Avi and Ari Arad are two of the most successful producers of action franchises,” Strauss Zelnick, chairman and CEO of Borderlands publisher Take-Two Interactive, said in a statement. “This alliance is ideally positioned to create a bold, provocative, no-holds-barred motion picture phenomenon that will delight Borderlands current legions of fans and captivate moviegoers around the world.” Borderlands might not seem like the sort of thing that naturally lends itself to a 90-minute, three act narrative structure, but the Tales From the Borderlands adventure series proves that, in the right hands, great things can be done with the material. And that may well be the direction Lionsgate is headed: Back in February, it made a "significant investment" in Telltale Games, and while at the time we took that to mean primarily that we'd be getting games based on Lionsgate properties, maybe we'll see things going the other way, too. As Variety noted, with perhaps a touch of understatement, "Movies based on videogames have not yet achieved blockbuster status in Hollywood," and I wouldn't expect a Borderlands film to change that. 22. The initial trailer for Ridley Scott’s The Martian touched down online back in June. Here comes the second, which adds a little more detail. Matt Damon stars as NASA astronaut Mark Watney, seriously injured and thought dead by his crewmates on Mars during a huge storm that forced them to evacuate. But Watney is very much alive, and intends to stay that way, putting his botanical skills and astronaut survival training to good use, figuring out ways to live with limited supplies. Fortunately, he’s also got a wry sense of humour to keep him sane. Back on Earth, meanwhile, NASA director Teddy Sanders (Jeff Daniels) and some of his team (Chiwetel Ejiofor’s mission overseer, Kristen Wiig’s media relations expert, Mackenzie Davis’ tech and Sean Bean’s crew supervisor) have to decide what to do, especially when they discover Watney’s non-dead status. And then there are his crewmates, headed back to Earth on the Hermes ship, and seemingly kept in the dark about Mark’s status. How will Commander Melissa Lewis (Jessica Chastain), tech expert Beth Johanssen (Kate Mara), pilot Rick Martinez (Michael Pena), flight surgeon Chris Beck (Sebastian Stan), and German astronaut Alex Vogel (Aksel Hennie) respond when they, too, learn that there is life on Mars. Ridley Scott and Matt Damon, along with representatives from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California recently brought 49 minutes of footage to show at a cinema near the scientific establishment, and Scott in particular talked about what inspired him to make the film given that this isn’t exactly his first cinematic trip away from Terra firma. “Sci-fi is mostly fantasy, and what was attractive about this is the reality of the situation. I always liked The Right Stuff, which got into the early days of the astronauts, and this, while not the same at all, offered the reality of the situation, the challenges an astronaut may have in 15-20 years,” he said. “In essence, this film is about a guy who controls all the feelings about what a terrible situation he's in, and where he is and therefore will look for that internally inside himself and pull out the elements that might make things humorous. He has to do that hour by hour, day by day, so don't be surprised if you find yourself laughing with him, you're allowed to laugh!” Damon also found himself drawn to Mark’s sarcastic, scientific nature. “I think a lot of people, including myself really responded to the character in the book that Andy wrote, and Drew (Goddard, the screenwriter) did a great job of capturing that. So it's like being a chef and getting a really good piece of meat to cook; you don't want to overthink it and mess it up too much and bronze the gold medal. I just wanted to keep alive what Andy created,” he said. “I think mere mortals like us are captivated by how people like this can do this sort of thing and maintain the preternatural calm in these incredible high stress situations. And that was really attractive about the character, how he kept his sense of humour and this incredible, logical, practical, problem-solving type of thinking, and it's what the real astronauts can actually do.” The Martian will be on our screens on September 30. 25. Marvel has released a new Ant-Man trailer a couple weeks before the film finally debuts. In addition to directly explaining the plot, in particular the motives of Hank Pym’s (Michael Douglas) former protégé Darren Cross aka Yellowjacket (Corey Stoll), we get another Avengers name-drop along with Pym dismissing the Iron Man armor as “cute technology”. It looks like the film is very conscious of why there aren’t any Avengers around, and part of that has to do with Hank Pym’s disdain for them. A team of superheroes might get the job done, but Pym would rather give a thief a superpowered suit. It helps facilitate the MCU, but also tells us about where Pym’s character and beliefs, which is nice. Check out the new Ant-Man trailer below. The film also stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Pena, Judy Greer, Tip “T.I.” Harris and Bobby Cannavale.
