Dont know im feeling like there is issue with rules there and please update rules . At first what about Oasis ? I jumped over wall as allies fieldops ,killed one clan member,then i got pm ''its not allowed ,dont do it again'' . Ive been asking from other admins ,is it allowed to jump over being not engineer? All been sayd to me its ok if your not doing obj. ...........2 Trick-jumping (jump over walls, etc...) is NOT allowed to complete the objective.............So i want to know whats right and whats wrong then please ? And is it so hard to update or give any information about new rules ,it isnt allowed to go Minas map on curch roof , no wonder if i would get warns ,if i dont know new rules wich isnt updated. And going there isnt using any glitch ,bug or some exploit,its just jump there,would be nice if i could get notification or information those new rules from forum or discord since i visit forum everyday. So hoping to get two eazy and short answers ,for first is it allowed to jump over oasis wall ,as not engi and not doing obj ,or not allowed ,and for second is it really not allowed to be 'Minas church roof last stage . thanks

Not sure how much control there is but there's a few changes that would go a long way to make the maps much more obj focus instead of just team death match. #1 Make axis spawns longer & potentially based on team size. Goldrush, italy, oasis, etc, etc etc all end the same way. First obj are ok but then the last obj is right next to axis spawn with allies having to travel 3x the distance. With a spawn timer of 10 sec, it's pointless and just turns into a death match. I don't understand why people are so allergic to allies winning but half of the maps futile for allies with the way the map + spawn timer works. Whats the point? #2 Remove knives, shit just promotes cancer behavior of camping in hallways That is all

Sten seems to overheat at only 11 shots. This added to the distance damage falloff makes it the worst weapon in the server by a mile, pretty much unusable unless you shoot a consistent 60%+ accuracy. Is there any chance this setting can be revised to make it shoot the standard 16 bullets before overheating just like in silent, et legacy, etpro, etc.

Just played Capuzzo where Rashomon got top fragger on axis with k43. Upon speccing him it looks like he had no recoil, and some other things to allow him to stay scoped in while moving and jumping. Top players like bunny can't even touch this kind of gameplay. Afterwards he switched to a Mp40 medic and played like a below average amateur, no headshots. Is there a legit way to do this or is it scripting?

Sorry if this is a duplicated post. It is a well-known fact that the server (jay 1 at least) is unplayable. Internal conversations point to a DDOS attack. I would like to know if that’s it, what is being done and how can we help. Not a complaint, just don’t want the best ET server to die. God bless

So i figured id throw this out there. Iv been dying to do this for a long time. Maybe a special event on a weekend (or every now and then) We do a no time limit or high time limit, base race panzer war with random gravity! Idk how well it would go with 27vs27 but we could find out! Whats an hour or so on a weekend to switch it up and do something crazy! 😃 Thanks! -
Hey there, Is there any commands/orders that players can give to bots ? I remember in Quake 3, the players could give simple commands to fellow bots to improve support: follow, defend, kill [username], etc. (check here for more) albeit only the team leader can issue such orders (the team leader could be given to another player at anytime). If i'm not mistaken, this function was input in the game core from the original release, whereas in ET F-A servers we are using Omnibot (right ?) Example: I was just playing on Jay1, the map was baserace, each team has 3 players, rest was filled with bots to reach 12-13 slots in each team. NB: Baserace is basically a CTF map with more complex/interesting game mechanics. All axis bots were on defense. They were standing a position inside their base and not making any move until an enemy was in the nearby. All allies bots were on offense: they were following routes with waypoints, i.e. they were running to the flags. It seemed pretty obvious their behaviors were specifically different. A direct consequence is that the game balance is altered. It reminds me we should be able to issue some basics orders to the bots, can we? I've googled this topic and found plenty of pages for the server side commands (setup of the server), but nothing for client side, in-game orders. Any input appreciated. As usual, in case i haven't post at the right place, please feel free to moderate appropriately.

Hey! I am currently on vacations and have some more time I could spend playing ET occasionally. Most of you are probably still at work at noon or after noon, that's why european servers are usually empty except on the evenings. I have tried playing on american servers, but it is not fun when I'm getting ping 110-120ms and enemies still deal damage when I hide behind a wall (generally they shouldn't see me). Do you use some special configs to deal with high latency? I see there are some american or canadian players on beg2 or vice versa, european players on jay1, so it shouldn't be so much painful to play with high ping.

hey guys im having trouble getting on to jay1 it loads but then quits the game and goes back to the windows screen i have tried deleting the jaymod folder but it doesnt work anyone got any ideas

Feel free to comment down if you have other ideas how to change BOTs on Jay1 server. In my opinion they should be reduced to half, yesterday there was nice 9v10 game going on and both teams still had few bots

RULE 15: Greetings and short conversations in other languages are allowed to a certain extent. English is the primary language in the general chat. If you wish to have full conversations in your own languages, please use a fireteam, team chat or private messages. We have a few servers where this rule is relaxed and you can see a list of servers below where this is the case. I had a brief conversation with F|A Repeto tonight and it brought up a question about conversations of other languages during the game. The rule isnt real clear and probably for good reasons im sure. The only server I see where the rule is relaxed is on StopWatch server. While playing on J1, a short chat in another language sparks up and short chat or comment, and then another and so on. I will comment on "English only" rule when it continues but not knowing what is being discussed sometimes makes it difficult to determine what is being said. Therefore, what is "Certain Extent" actually mean. Is it discretionary by the admin? Or just screw it and let it go.🤔

Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory is at the Steam Store(free) https://store.steampowered.com/ Last Night on Jay1, 30 new Players connected(No XPSaved) Noob questions prevailed(How do I spawn?), But It was great! The only problem was that many had the default name(ETPlayer) So many new players kept connecting that I renamed like 30 players within an Hour It was an unusual situation, But I didn't notice any extra players on other ET Servers Many had low pings(North America), That is good because most usual regular players are from Europe
