Context On first stage, the allies on attack needs to rush the tank and repair it, which secures the spawn change. There are one main route, through 2 big gates, ajar, and a second route, through the tank barrier and coming from behind. There is an extra 3rd route, initially closed, the so-called "Secret Passage" with one switch inside, to give direct access to the tank to repair; As it is a good additional route for allies, strategically speaking it should never be opened by axis, it is counter productive for them. However, for some reasons, the map allows Axis to open it. Admins are now tempted to tweak the map for Jay1 rotation, to cancel out the issue of Axis opening it. Any player who knows the map and has an opinion on the topic is welcome to vote, i.e. other ET servers players welcome ofc.

Hey guys, I got an idea for jay1 srv. What about to bring in to map pool more original maps? Like Seawall, radar and fuel dump? It would be nice and nostalgic. Or bring: Castle attack MLB Temple V2 Factory TC base. Its just an idea. But a little nostalgic maps would be fine. best regards, Strelok.

And also, I lost my old saves, so iam not part of community anymore. Is there any chance to be there again? Also iam interested to donate F|A. I didn't have this option in the past. I love this class, I'm experienced, I almost always play fieldop, but unfortunately it's almost always unusable FFE and airstrike are always used by others This game is ruined by those who don't know how to use the fieldop, it affects the entire team tactic, this problem should be solved, that everyone does the fieldop, without knowing how to do it, it should be limited to 1 per team

Hi mates, A forever needed suggestion regarding the flamethrower in Jay1 recruitment server; can it be buffed so that the damage is like 150% higher and the flame keeps hitting for a fair amount of time? I feel like the flamethrower is too nerfed and it's supposed to be a lethal heavy weapon. I used to kill 100+ with flamethrowers when they were properly buffed and given its dignity. There're already two main nerfing factors to the flamethrower: 1- Damage is way lower than it's supposed to be 2- There is no adrenalin syringe; so to attack with it you have very limited stamina to sprint and jump around and have any kind of tactics (other than the boring standing in front of an open door waiting for the enemies!) So at least please buff up the damage part, and the other stamina thingy can have some kinds of workarounds I guess.

Not sure how much control there is but there's a few changes that would go a long way to make the maps much more obj focus instead of just team death match. #1 Make axis spawns longer & potentially based on team size. Goldrush, italy, oasis, etc, etc etc all end the same way. First obj are ok but then the last obj is right next to axis spawn with allies having to travel 3x the distance. With a spawn timer of 10 sec, it's pointless and just turns into a death match. I don't understand why people are so allergic to allies winning but half of the maps futile for allies with the way the map + spawn timer works. Whats the point? #2 Remove knives, shit just promotes cancer behavior of camping in hallways That is all

Hi, Today, Kiri spectated me and noticed that I was using a "bug exploit" that is apparently not allowed on the servers. Since I’ve been using this trick ever since I joined the FA server in 2011, I wanted to ask if it’s really forbidden. The exploit in question is: you use your binoculars and switch directly to the scoped weapon. I usually do it while reloading — instead of stopping the binocular animation, I switch straight to the scope animation. So, is this actually forbidden? If yes, is it also forbidden to use your binoculars while reloading — for example, to spot landmines? Thank you.

Hi, As we all know, Jay1 is very popular server. It easily reaches maximum capacity every day. In my opinion, there is way too many grenades available to players. The problem is, there is plenty of narrow maps, none of them were created to play 27vs27. It is so chaotic, that people prefer to stand in one spot for 30 minutes and throw nades because that's more efficient way to play for them. Let's take etdo6 as an example. Narrow corridors, usually atleast 10 axis standing there throwing nades. Each player gets 4 nades so that means theres at least 40 nades thrown in few seconds. Ah, yes, let's not forget about another 5 engineers camping with rifle nades. How can allies get through? - They can't, unless miracle happens, so they decide to stand and throw nades as well and it all end up in pointless constest of throwing nades. Solution: 4 grenades is absolutely fine when the player count is less than 15vs15. People need them to destroy for example a tank. however when it gets to +15vs15 it's just chaos, so my question is, is it possible to limit number of nades per player based on the current amount of players? If not, then wouldn't it be better overall if people only had 2 nades instead of 4? Thanks

Sten seems to overheat at only 11 shots. This added to the distance damage falloff makes it the worst weapon in the server by a mile, pretty much unusable unless you shoot a consistent 60%+ accuracy. Is there any chance this setting can be revised to make it shoot the standard 16 bullets before overheating just like in silent, et legacy, etpro, etc.

@daredevil The current time at my place is 1:30 pm IST. It is time for the server to restart on Jay1 Recruiting Xp save. Around this same time, we mostly have had played Supply Depot already, or..... might have played it 2-3 maps ago. So when server restart happens, players have to play Supply Depot and rest maps again. So just a request, can we have some other arrangement so that even after the server restart, players don't have to play the same maps that they played a while ago again? Thanks .

Ciao players I asked durnig the game once as in the topic- is it possible to introduce spawn protect on the jay1 server? Mortar or arty at spawn take away the fun of the game. What do you think about it? Far far years ago i remember the spawn protect working good on servers.

Question: What kinds of names are prohibited or restricted on FA servers? My intentions say names that insult or maybe harm religious belief etc. (in short no trolling)? I saw players being told not to have names like Adolf Hitler and Albert Spear lately. So to be on the same page can high admins clarify? Thanks.

Is there any way we could reduce the amount of bots to like 6-8 per team on Jay1 aka Recruiting? that would be more than enough i believe. At the moment when there could be nice 6v6 or 8v8 games theres still 5-7 bots per team. blocking exits, spamming arty on stupid places and ruining the game in so many more imaginable ways when it could be fun with real players already :).
