A pistol with 8 bullets is much deadlier than an SMG with 4. If you think it's that much harder to use I'd suggest practicing your pistol aim.
I personally don't even look anymore, you learn to have a feel for how many bullets are left in your gun. If I think it's low I'll switch to pistol without looking (sometimes it'll still have 6-10 bullets in it xD)
I'd personally add much more than that.. As an example and like you said, brightness can be useful to help see player models on some maps. A player could create a config with render settings based on each map so they have optimal vision every time? Seems like a big advantage to me.
Those cvars should definitely not have been made default. Sure they may be shit to play with performance wise but for the general look of the (such an old) game they do a lot.
Sorry prob shouldn't included the aspirin part, can't seem to edit it now!
Unfortunately we had to play against that mirror scumbag when he name faked for Romania in the NC. 4/6 of their players bypassing the anticheat and 1/6 definitely using hacks, why oh why? Oh well forfeit win.
Modus Operandi spawn timer/selector. Works only on ETpro afaik.
Does not require any configuration at the start of each map, just hit the spawn time on the key pad and you're good to go! (Supports common ETpro maps).

I used to have this problem too. Can't remember what fixed it unless it was a reinstall or update for xfire.
Maybe try this which I found here:
Editing settings In-Game: To edit your settings In-Game:
Open Xfire In-Game (or just hit ScrLk+E as a shortcut)
Go to left hand corner and hit the pencil icon. This will take you into Xfire editing mode where you can move/minimize/resize/remove all the Xfire in game devices.
Note: just because you edit a setting in one game doesn't mean it will change that setting in another game, for example: changing a setting in COD4 will not change the same setting in another game like ET.
Looks pretty good, only part I didn't like is there are no turns in the map. Each phase is directly behind the next so you're basically running straight on the whole time.
Nice work nonetheless.
Playername: dash Link to your steam profile: Already have cs:go, not fussed Desired captains: Whoever is most competitive experienced.
I'll play if you guys need more players, waiting on the match time.
I can't see that happening mate. That's Monday morning in Australia and many of us will be at work.
TBH the only way this'll happen is around one of these periods:
Fri night Euro/Sat morning Aus
Sat morning Euro/ Sat night Aus
Sat night Euro/Sun morning Aus
Sun morning Euro/Sun night Aus
As mentioned previously I'm not keen to play a mix, so sort the team out if you are Cheep FA keep in mind many of our players haven't played competitively either
Without having to look what AC do you have setup? I joined your ETpro server recently and didn't need any external AC, is it PB?
To keep it fair each team should get one map on each Euro or US and Aus server I think.
Most of H*S are on Australian time zone so it'd be a morning vs night situation for either team.
Not really interested in playing a mix anyway though.
