Brewed my own beers since 2015 and one beer turned out so good that local bar bought it on their tap Here`s something I brewed last summer Citra APA, American Pale Ale Recipe Specs ---------------Batch Size (L): 20.0 Total Grain (kg): 4.700 Total Hops (g): 90.00 Original Gravity (OG): 1.052 (°P): 12.9 Final Gravity (FG): 1.013 (°P): 3.3 Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 5.11 % Colour (SRM): 8.2 (EBC): 16.2 Bitterness (IBU): 41.6 (Average) Brewhouse Efficiency (%): 70 Boil Time (Minutes): 60 Grain Bill ---------------4.000 kg Pale Ale Malt (85.11%) 0.400 kg Crystal 40 (8.51%) 0.300 kg Wheat Malt (6.38%) Hop Bill ---------------10.0 g Columbus Pellet (12.3% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil) (0.5 g/L) 20.0 g Simcoe Pellet (12.2% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Boil) (1 g/L) 20.0 g Citra Pellet (11.1% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil) (1 g/L) 40.0 g Citra Pellet (11.1% Alpha) @ 5 days (dryhop) (2 g/L) Single step Infusion at 66°C for 90 Minutes.
