Hi guys,

 

This comes up on the screen once I try to open ET. 

Just to let you know it happened this afternoon when I reinstalled ET. 

 

 

Issue:

you miss pak0 that is basicly the whole game so i would just delete the folder and re download here 

if you want to keep your level and xp you have to copy your etkey out etmain and post into the new installed ETmain

I thought that it might be a corrupt shortcut path, if he is starting ET from a link on his desktop.

 

He could right-click on the shortcut and see just where ET thinks it is and where it should start.  

 

That is assuming that he is using Windows.

 

My Target is "D:\Program Files (x86)\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\ET.exe"

My Start In is "D:\Program Files (x86)\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory"

 

His ET tried to start in "D:\Games\ET\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\minimizer/etmain" , but the shortcut did find ET itself and it did run.  He could copy the 'Target line' to the 'Start In line' and remove the "/ET.exe" part from the 'Start In' window.
