no joke I think he is making a special action on the road therefor he is wrong when you do a special action you are generally always wrong

btw you noticed that in last pic that woman was rly excited or there were cold anyways hard NIPPLES

in Holland, if that's the same as Belgium, turning around using an intersection is considered an extraordinary manoeuvre ("bijzondere verrichting") and one is obliged to fully stop their manoeuvre in the presence of other traffic. Even if it's a pedestrian.
