i cant connect to any server idk why

i dont know i cant connect to any server 

there is message cming error it showing me 

Disconnected for unknown reason 

someone help me related with this

If you didn't do this already;  Right click your ET exe. and set it to "run as admin"  and set it to run in XP (service pack 2) compatibility mode.

Have you tried reconnecting with /reconnect ? Do you still get the same error message?

i also runned that pk3 cleaner m8 

and also try to reconnect

so it showed connection refused 

showing cirumventing ban 

and in player name option it showing my name IRONHIDE 

and i installed et new from this site 

is that working or there is problem in that setup?

idk why but 

someone help me related with this

So you're admitting to getting a cheat, because if so, I'm aware of certain situations where bans can be lifted/shortened, as long as you're sincere and obviously don't cheat again.
