Connection looks fine, shouldn't be causing any severe issues.

I am curious what you think you're getting out of setting snaps to 40 though, it is server forced to 20.
What is your /com_maxfps set at? If it's under 100, synchronize your /cl_maxpackets to that value. (For example I use a /com_maxfps of 76, therefore I have my maxpackets set to 76 to sync each frame the server gives me to my FPS)

I'm sure one of the NVidia gurus will get around to giving you driver tips, but I know enough from reading around that the default NVidia driver settings usually suck for ET.

Edit: Need to put my glasses on. Didn't read OP's post fully.

I would start from your installed programms running on. Check if there aren't any updates within it. Type /msconfig and turn some unnecessary ones off. Please post task manager screenshot. Are there any other users of that internet via Wifi/cable?

theres also noone else on my wifi except for me.

although looks like theres alot of crap running in the background but seems like it doesnt effect my network.

what do you guys think is the best fps for me?

Hmm gry game booster (google it) and run game with gaming mode. It will turn everything unnecessary off.

I'm a little confused about you modem. its wireless router right? and the router is connected to your PC with Usb cord?

As he stated in his post the computer lacks a wireless adapter so an external USB adapter is being used. They are quite small. Regardless of whether using an Ethernet cable actually resolves his issue it will at the very least improve his connections efficiency. The lagometer is displaying disrupted throughput which is likely the result of packets being grouped before sending which causes ET to play catch up with the server.

Ethernet cables >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Wifi.
