Howcome I see some servers like Killhouse for Cod4, or the minecraft server never have any players on it? Like, what?

Because people don't play on them and so people usually find it boring playing with themselves so then just leave and find a different server. The clan has tried many times to kick start the other COD4 servers but it takes a lot of time for people to camp the server to get regulars that are willing to play on it everyday, a lot of time that when you also play COD4 as a hobby you just want to play the game and so it gets frustrating when you don't get any results when camping other servers so the people trying to camp just go and play on beginners usually.

Oh. So why do they keep the servers up?

Oh. So why do they keep the servers up?

Because there is still hope on filling them up or because the servers don't cost extra since they're on one machine, depending on the matter.

All of our servers are a continuous work in progress. Sometimes they have more players than others, and some servers popularity has declined or grown. But by not taking the opportunity, we are numbering our days and stagnating. It's not we only play ET, COD4, or Minecraft, nor are we in the clan business for money, or to throw together people for numbers... we're here to have a good time, make friends, and chill out.

Over time, we'll have different servers for different games and allocate our budget differently, but at this moment there's no problem with how things are setup.

Mainly what platonic said, but also people just get maybe this sudden realisation sometimes that what they want to do is help rejuvenate a server by camping and will try so hard to do so that includes maybe setting up game nights on that server, getting other members to join them, just like how they were originally active was because the founders and leaders camped and spent most of there free time getting regulars and look where we are as a community today? Still going strong still being successful and still going strong in games that are years old and we've got to thank them for giving there time to run and maintain the clan/community.

The reason why those servers are still up so that there is the possibility of members trying to kick start the servers and also if one of the servers has a downtime the regulars from that server can filter over on to the other servers that aren't so populated. :)

Got it. I wasn't saying there was a problem, i was just saying i thought you may be using money carelessly when there is nobody playing but now I understand you have it running and extras don't increase the cost. But yeah, hopefully the community grows as well.
