Another chance?

I would like to apologize to the =F|A= community for the events that transpired over the past few weeks involving me and a few of the admins on =F|A= 1 server. I admit to using putteam command in order to join Axis/Allies team since I do have preference for each map - I had done that for the past 1.5+ years and never had a problem until a few weeks ago when admins really started to enforce the rules on servers. I in no way EVER used the command in order to get onto a "stronger" team or to "stack teams," since most of you know me well and know that I am truthfully not about that type of behavior at all. Because SS was taken with me using command to join team with more players than other team I was warned and had my levels removed, along with the putteam command from my admin. I no longer have putteam command so this should never be an issue again. Even though I did use the command to join Axis/Allies team which I prefer on each map, also be aware that I used the command probably over a few thousand times to move players to spec who were AFK and used the command responsibly the best I could. I will say it again, I do admit to using putteam command a few weeks ago when teams were somewhat uneven after I used command to join a side, but I can honestly say that I never intended for teams to be uneven, and I certainly was not trying to join a stronger team or stack teams in any way. I am very sorry for this confusion and because of these events I no longer have the putteam command on servers.

 

A few days following my putteam command being revoked, I also admit that I spoke to a friend in main chat on FA 1 server and made the remark that appeared that I was “recruiting.†I never actually saw the exact comment I had made that evening and do not recall what the words I said were since it was a few weeks ago, but I do know that it was enough for an F|A admin to deem it as “recruiting†and made the decision to ban me for 30 days on F|A servers. I would also like to apologize for this and make it clear that I in no way was trying to recruit anybody for any clan. The person I commented to in main chat is a friend of mine in real life and it was clearly misunderstood of what I meant by my words that evening. I was not trying to recruit any players (never have since I only go there to play) and I understand that it may have appeared that way that night.

 

To sum things up, during the past few weeks there were some personal actions and words spoken on F|A 1 server that I admit triggered an admin to take appropriate action. The person who took action removed me from xfire where I normally spoke to him and did not allow me to add him again, which made it difficult to discuss how he felt and why he took the actions he did. I have tried my best to speak with other players who I know well and other leaders/co-leaders of F|A clan and I still have a good relationship with many F|A members (all who really know the type of person I am). I hope you will reconsider my ban and allow me to continue playing on your servers in the near future. I feel I am a pretty good person and I am not a threat in any way to F|A servers or the players who play there. I have done my best to help the servers get cleaned from cheaters and other individuals who don’t act in accordance with F|A policies.

Again, I am sorry for the confusion and my actions during the past few weeks and I hope that I will be given another chance to prove that I am really a good person and I am also an experienced and responsible administrator who does his best to make decisions that can to help all players and continue to make F|A servers the most enjoyable experience of all ET pub servers.

 

One last time, I do apologize for my actions and to the admins who were asked to make the decisions they needed to make in order to follow F|A protocol.

Maybe they can forgive and forget and try ya one last time, with a no exception rule as the utmost final nuclear option. I know what the rules say, but youve been around a long time and hopefully the F|A clan community will recognise this and try to make amends with ya, but also on the flipside, they shud turn up the heat and make sure you dont ever screw up again, and keep watching you and your actions for sometime to come. Second chances are needed for everyone. If they let ya back in on their final conditions, I hope youll enjoy the gift theyve given you, and that ya dont blow ur final opportunity here. It was not only Yoyo's decision to ban, thats not really an apology since we did not create an issue with nrgy, he broke the rules and he got punished just like everyone else. Nrgy's is just appealing to the the masses just like he tried and failed with all F|A founders and leaders. Oh and talking shit to other people about Yoyo and me never helps the case. E-friends=E-snitches. We learned from past experiences and have decided that ban stays. We are all too busy in our real lives to be playing babysitters all the time and dealing with petty issues. Oh and I hate people that write essays about something as trivial as a ban. Write it short and to a point.

Since I feel ban is unjust considering I never did actually "recruit" and that was the reason for my ban please at least post the SS here of me "recruiting" so myself and others can see why I have been banned. Because I felt the ban was unjust I did my best to talk to leaders in order for them to reconsidering my ban and you know I played on F|A 1 for hours each day and earned more than 1,000,000 XP between FA1 and 2 and never had a single complaint or problem. I was also told by leaders that apologizing would help my case - they kept me thinking things were moving my way behind the scenes but apparently that wasn't the case. If I had never put on Pro tags none of this would have happened and you can tell me a hundred times that not true, but I never changed a single thing about my behavior on servers since I started playing on FA servers years ago and had my levels set to 0 and then banned a few days later after putting back on tags. Earning more than a million XP on servers and then within just a few thousand XP of putting back on Pro tags I get lvl set to 0 and banned for "recruiting" when I honestly wasn't and do not recruit players just tells me that it wasn't something that took place on servers that caused all of this to happen.

 

Just post the SS of me "recruiting" so myself and others can have closure to my case and I will see you back on servers in a few weeks. I admit i get blitzed each night and don't recall saying anything to any player except to a real life friend when I jokingly said something like "When you joining Pro" after he owned me a few times - was in no way really trying to get him to join clan since recruitment is done on forums and not on servers. I would also appreciate if you could fill me in on when and to who I was talking any shit about you Joe since I don't recall ever saying anything to anyone - only heard a few things from others about some issues they had with admins and that's it.

It's been another day I would like to again request YoYo to provide the SS of me "recruiting" on F|A 1. I have stated too many times I recall making a joking remark to him on servers about joining the clan, but I cannot recall what was actually said on servers to constitute a 30 day ban on the morning of MAR 19. Again, YoYo if you could please post the SS that was "proof" to other admins that I did in fact make a valid attempt to enroll or enlist another player to Pro clan and without a doubt in any admin's mind I was "recruiting" would be greatly appreciated. I am asking you, yoyo, since you are the one who banned me and I have asked other leaders for the proof but they said you are the one who has the SS. Thanks.

No need to post anything, we will let you say whatever to whomever. Its all our fault anyway. I thought that someone told you that ban stays, but if they did not.
