lokix420 Posted October 20, 2014 Posted October 20, 2014 I bought a punching bag I've been using. I try to use it about 4 or 5 times a week. I've been eating healthier and not eating as much random and junk food that I don't need. I really want to get into better shape. Quote

After a while I went with a friend once again came under his eye for a month and what I liked is that in I gain a little strength and muscle , it motivated me. Quote

I'm at the gym every morning lifting weights and I've lost over 20 pounds since I got here. Don't make excuses. Just do it. Quote
