I bought a punching bag I've been using. I try to use it about 4 or 5 times a week. I've been eating healthier and not eating as much random and junk food that I don't need. I really want to get into better shape.

from approximately 2 years of MMA training, pre- trained boxing for 3 years.  :wub: 

Besides, 4-5 times a week I go to the gym and run about 2-3 times a week.

For about a month I'm on mass because winter is coming.  :D

i really really want to workout and go to the gym but i m tooo tooo lazy. i did workout at gym for like 2 mnths before regularly and i saw many changes but then got lazy :P need some motivation ......

As I went to the gym for the first time , I had the same thing did not want to . After a while I went with a friend once again came under his eye for a month and what I liked is that in I gain a little strength and muscle , it motivated me.  B)

yeah i did that i and my friend use to do but dam i m lazy and cause of my college i m being tired....

I'm also in college. I'm at the gym every morning lifting weights and I've lost over 20 pounds since I got here. Don't make excuses. Just do it.
