As I went to the gym for the first time , I had the same thing did not want to . After a while I went with a friend once again came under his eye for a month and what I liked is that in I gain a little strength and muscle , it motivated me. Quote

I'm also in college. I'm at the gym every morning lifting weights and I've lost over 20 pounds since I got here. Don't make excuses. Just do it. Quote
