I think this father is trying to teach his kid about wearing seatbelts.. He askes u like sitting in front seat and then punches the brakes so the kid slams his head.

 

It's a bit unorthodox and wrong but i laughed my ass off :P

Let's then hope for the kid that his father won't try to apply the same technique for parachute jump ;)
