Krusnik87 Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Hi folks, As you all know, F|A servers run on different mods, and I wanted to know (if it's even possible?) , how to create binds avaible for all mods, to be precise which are the vsay that work on all of them?('cause for example, some on NQ wont work on N!tmod, and on Jaymod and so on...) I know the vsay: -GoodGame -GreatShot -ftAttack Thanks in advance! Quote
excedo Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 (edited) As far I know, you have to use the same .cfg file. You use a personal .cfg file right? All the ETmain vsays. as you named above are all the same, in Jaymod, Silent, N!tmod, NoQuater and ETpro. For example; /bind K vsay Hi , will have the same effect on all mods, as long as you use the same .cfg file. Edited April 30, 2014 by motafiEd~ Quote
Mr.Karizmatic Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 (edited) if u have a .cfg file in et folder just write all the binds in them so that u dont need to make them if sometimes they disappear so better write them in .cfg file in etmain and i think it will load in all the servers once u have a file as motafied said... i think all the vsay the default vsays will work on all the servers and if u want others u can make vsay for jay#2 but i think those dont work in jay#1 or beginners#2 etc... Good Luck Cheers Edited April 30, 2014 by Mr.Karizmatic Quote

Buckwild Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 Open Windows Notepad and write binds one by one:bind m "vsay hi"bind n "vsay negative"bind o "vsay_team sorry"bind p "vsay_team thanks"File(TAB) Save As...File Name: autoexec.cfgSave As Type: All FilesSaves in My Documents, Move to etmain. Then binds will work automatically in all mods.If binds don't work in some mods, Make autoexec.cfg for the mod folder too.
