Buckwild Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Here in Upstate New York, There's a brewery on the Genesee river in the city of Rochester. They stink up the whole east side, I think They dry the hops after use to be fed to farm animals.Their beer is a real dog:Skunkier than MichelobThe best tasting beer is Molson CananianCheaper and better than Heineken, Less bitter. Monoxide Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 Mine would be a toss up between Yuengling, Blue Moon or Magic Hat. It all depends on what I feel like at the time. Quote
Phil-O Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 I'm German and my favourite beer is Pilsner Urquell from the Czech Republic Best German beer is Jever, comes close to Pilsner Urquell. Of course these are mass products, and there will always be very interesting and tasty micro-brews! Quote
DozerDoug Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 I posted about this in the other thread about drinking. I prefer hoppy, bitter type beers. I really enjoy HopOthermia from Alaskan brewing. Its a dipa. I also like our local HooDoo brewings IPA. Not too bitter with a nice floral nose. Ninkasi has several good IPA's as does Deschutes and Stone. Stone's RuinTENation is quite tasty. What can I say,, either my taste buds are matured or they are trashed but I do like a good IPA. Quote
