What is the Best Picture Upload Site

I've always used imageshack.us but recently it looks like you can only upload if you become a premium member and pay...

 

So what is another good site where you can change the uploaded picture size and is free? I like the services where you login and all of your uploaded pictures can be viewed/stored.

I use tinypic too, it's quite simple ^^

But I don't know if you can change the size of the picture there.
