I know quake 2 is old, like stone age before fire old, but I still like playing it every once n a while. Does anyone else want to play multiplayer with me some time? We could have ether death match, or a team against stroggs.

 

I believe quake 2 is free now aka abandon ware, but don't quote me on that. U can probably just a get a copy offline. I have tested quake 2 on both windows 7 n 8, and both run great!

It's $9.99, however one can get an open source port and play on a server, no difference. I may be able to play sometime this week. ^_^

Try the link i shared, its clean, or so says Avira and Norton.  Then u wont have to worry about quake too old to run on ur pc.
