Maps need to be supported by Omni-bot or bots won't move...

Winter baserace has objectives in center of map instead of near spawns.

 

I got an error with fueldump christmas, When tank comes out of tunnel, server crashes, I think We should avoid that map.

 

UJE_Christmas_sniper is Omni supported but I don't think sniper only map will be added.

First me and buck basically went through the omnibot list of supported maps and picked out any maps that were either Christmas themed or winter themed.

Then we tested that list ignoring some that have been on the server already (no point in testing that map)

We shortened the list going by what we thought were the better options.

The master list would be in no order:

 

Glider - can please just give this a try to see if it works on server

ET Village - before you think the map is too small (we thought before we tested), there are so many passages (above and underground) - very very good map

1944 Huertgen Final - i think this is one of the stronger suggestions

EAXMAS - found where to take objective (spawn)

MLB Daybreak - been on server many times (better than flame guards)

North Pole - last year

Oasis Winter - did not test but I'm sure its not SW version so would be too difficult for allies

Radar Winter - I like this map but have never played it on jay1 and i say we give it a try

Railgun - this always gets turned down

Stalingrad - i think this one is on HC if you've never played it

UJE 00XMAS - this is the one we have had before just a christmas version of it

UJE Amsterdam XMAS - really good map

UJE Baserace XMAS - crates are in middle of map so too easy

UJE Oasis XMAS - got hungry and didn't test

 

I know it sucks that there are a lot of really good Christmas maps but we have to stick to ones with omni support.

Fueldump Christmas is supported but as buck said it kept crashing.

Oh and there are no other holiday themed maps that occur this season.  I tried for diversity since everyone does not celebrate Christmas but it didn't work out.

I can provide you waypoints if you need. I have a lot in my PC and can probably find most of them which are not in the official omnibot release. I can also create them. UJE christmas tank is really a nice and cool map but well people always complain if it's not oasis-goldrush-fueldump...

 

I just think it's a bit too late for xmas maps .. it's 12-22-13 but let's see

we didn't have the halloween maps up last year till like the week before and could just be a suggestion for a winter rotation

Consider adding Eagles_ two ways, its an awesome map.  Also would be nice to have some of these maps added to the hardcore server. We just had a few new maps added, but a few more would be great.
