On the ET stopwatch #1 I was told that I can become admin just by regestring here and posting the massage you are currently reading.

So, can you please make me admin on ET Stopwatch #1

or I will eat you

Whoa, slow down there. First of all, you can't "become admin by posting a message". You need to apply for the community, and be accepted before you're an admin of any sorts. The community comes first here, and if you're just looking for tags or authority, this isn't the place for you.

If you're serious, post an app in the "Applications/Join Us" section, not here. However, JoeDirt is a founder of this clan and has the ultimate authority over who can join and who can't, so I'd refrain from posting an app until you settle whatever differences or issues you two have.
