PiaNist
Question, I want to cut my budget for a gpu then buy asus gtx 660 ti directcu II TOP. Do you think, with my current system, my seasonic 520W can handle the card well enough?

PiNoY
If you can do ur PSU up to 600w or 650w, it's better just to be on safe side too. Im using 650w for gtx680 and it works well. GL bro
Vanaraud
mobo 100W + 5 fans 25W + graphics 140W + CPU 84W = 350 W. Leaves 100+W extra headroom. When going to SLI a more powerful PSu would be recommended.
Malibuz0r
Nice build man. Did you seriously put everything together by yourself? I really want to build one myself, but I'm afraid I'll mess something up.

GL broI've searched a bit, found out 650w is too much for gtx 660ti unless you're going SLI. Btw, you can send me your gtx680 when you get tired & sick of it hehehe..nice card Nice build man. PiNoY
Bro are they not on sale for holidays? Have you tried Gilmore area yet for better price list? Well, hopefully by summer next year, I will use sulit and try to dispose both evga gtx680 and bequite 650 PSU then possibly find a better one . PiaNist
yes bro that price is already a holiday price. the online store where i got it from has a physical store in gilmore. have you heard of PCHub? they have a facebook account, you can search for them. i dont really recommend sulit.com.ph. tipidpc.com is better for pc componets & stuff. your card is already a beast as well as your psu. but if you want to update & upgrade, I wont hold you back Edited December 11, 2013 by PiaNist

Vanaraud
By the looks it seems it has axial fans meaning half of hot air from gpu is blown inside the case. So I´d monitor the temps and maybe take a 2nd look at airflow.
PiaNist
at idle, tempt is around 40s (celsius). at load around 50-54. my plan is have the side panel modified to a windowed one with ventilation holes on it plus i will put 2 more intake fans on top. Vanaraud
If the temps dont rise after 15min run or so, then 55C is fine for todays graphics I guess.
