Playing on F|A Servers isn't enjoyable sometimes.

Don't really know if this is the section, but it is discussion so might as well go for it. I've recently been playing ET again after about two or three years, and before I stopped playing, I was looking into joining F|A. I came back to the game seeing if I'd want to do that again, and started playing on the Recruiting and Silent1 servers. On both servers, I've seen a little bit of AA from several different members, and it always seems to be the admins starting shit with other players, rather than trying to diffuse situations that may arise from the people there playing. Most of the admins I've seen really don't act like admins should, and instead insult lesser skilled players for things like switching to their strategy after being killed by it a lot. As I said before, I was looking to see if I'd want to try to join, but seeing the way most of the clan members act, I'd rather not be a part of it.

 

Why is it the clan members starting shit on the servers?

We will take care of the admins who are insulting other players. Haven't seen any report like that since ages so any "Proof" to claim your words will help. I can even say you are cheating and then ban you but we don't go by that.

 

No proof = No action. 

 

If you are playing on regular basis then for sure you can capture the screenshots or demo of those admins doing what you are saying.

I would certainly hope it's not widespread.. And it's not really a matter of getting people in trouble, it's about fixing a problem - might just need a little reminder of how admins should behave and problem solved.. I hope >_<

 

Definitely need to see what behaviour you're talking about though, and by whom.  Sometimes 'admin abuse' can be incorrect due to the admin knowing that the 'victim' is a long term troublemaker who disrespects everyone and doesn't deserve any respect in return..

 he came to see if what he viewed as bad member behavior is widespread, which I don't believe it is. I almost never play ET, so I can't say much about that game, but our other servers almost never have issues with that.

Not all the members are bad people, and something good to remember is that an admins is a person, maybe he had a bad day or simply is not in a good mood, There are a lot of good members, also are new members, young, old, mature and childish, we are a community fully of real people with problems, family and a real life to care about, maybe just maybe was not the correct day for this/those admins.

I've never had much problems.One fairly rude player but I just ignored him lol.I think these are great servers and run very well.
