Too bad, I really like(d) her character . . .  but it is understandable that she wants a new challenge after +-8 years on NCIS  B)

If they don't kill her off, like the last agent-lady, she can always return for an episode or two.

 

One thing that got a little old was the running gag of her mangling of US slang.  She might say "does a deer shit in the woods?", instead of 'a bear'.

 

 

ADDED:  Her leaving the team makes possible an affair with Dinozzo or others on the team or the Director or...

She is probably going back to Israel.  Which always leaves the door open for a return visit.

If you have $8 a month get an online downstream provider like Amazon or Netflix and watch it straight thru.

 

I love it that way.  I watched the sci-fi show Stargate: Atlantis that way.  It is so much better without commercials

and the episodes run right together.  You can really get into the characters that way.
