Papito Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 SALSA MEXICANA INGREDIENTS: 5 Ball red tomatoes (not tomatoe ball). 1 white onion without root.. 5 chile serrano. (You can add more if you wanna a salsa more spice) 2 oz. of cilantro. 1 lemon (juice). A pinch of salt. A pinch of garlic salt. PROCEDURE: Chop all ingredients Incorporate the garlic salt and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix it. stoney baloney Posted May 1, 2013 Share Posted May 1, 2013 i love pico de gallo! when it's fresh, i can eat tons of it. i would recommend against using cherry tomatoes... roma's are the best way to go, imo.... and for sure, use cilantro, unless you don't like the sharper taste. hmmm... i might post some of my salsa recipes later today...
