Number 3 tells you how sloooowwww those government lines can be.

 

Instead of "line jumpers", they have to watch out for "shoe movers"! All words' meanings depend on context. Can you imagine meeting your "other-self" and have them complain of "shoe movers"? What would your reaction be to, "those damned shoe movers made me sooo mad!"

 

My first thought would be, "she thinks people have come into our house and moved our shoes?" The second might be, "she is mad at the sight of people walking around her?"
