2 of the best rappers of the world but whos the best? also if Tupac was alive, who would be the best

 

My descision: Eminem because hes feeling in music is more then Tupac

Hard to say but I guess it depends on what style you like. I think Em is a better lyricist and Pac had better writing skills. Em's surpassed Pac IMO.
