Joske said that the Ivy Bridge variant is cheaper than the Sandy Bridge variant, you should ask Joske about it on xfire or smth :D

there is no 2500k among the ivy bridges :P

@anni, if i fail, i'll take that one.

Well the amd cpu would do the trick

I just don't like the bulldozer serie :P

indeed the Bulldozer conception failed face to Sandy and Ivy Bridge!! An i5 is better than all these series.. With Bulldozer, they're playing in the middle and low categorie..

But I probably made some mistakes, knowing myself

EDIT: sapphire 7870 chosen over Geforce GTX 570 because of lower temperature and sound

EDIT2: Samsung chosen over seagate, 1 TB instead 500gb i think it was.

EDIT3: apparently my case is a bit dangerous, so i'm changing it with a more expensive, but safer one

Would switch

: the graphics to the sapphire hd radeon 7870 oc:

http://www.alternate...dition/646535/?

hdd: http://www.alternate...ATA&l3=3,5 inch (or the one in your current pc)

psu: http://www.alternate...r dan 600 Watt (modulair) or http://www.alternate...er dan 600 Watt (silverstone => love the brand :P, not modulair)

ram: http://www.alternate...&l3=DDR3-1333(8 gig => overkill atm, but futureproof) or http://www.alternate....3&l3=DDR3-1333(4gig, but your can profit from dual channel)

highly recommended but extra:

SSD: http://www.alternate.be/html/product/Solid_State_Disk_2,5_inch_SATA/Crucial/CT128M4SSD2/551362/?baseId=696546 ( if you take that corsair case, you don't need a bracket, else you need to add around 10 euro for a bracket)

Dude, get 8 GB of 1600MHz or 1866MHz RAM, not the 1333MHz. I have the G.skill 8 GB 1866MHz Sniper series, it is awesome.

1600 version: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820231461 $52 so about 52 euros

1866 version: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820231460 $60 so about 60 euros

it is barely more expensive.

I started with a 25€ one :P then 31, 32, 40 , 45 =P

yeah, but see you want something that will last, give you the speed you need, etc. The 1866 is going to last as well as giving you enough speed for a long time. You won't have to upgrade or put in more RAM.

The 1333, you're gonna have to put in more than 8GB sooner or later.

25 euros RAM, probably not gaming RAM.
