I really don't understand the one with the girl & t-shirt, but the first one looks more calculator than phone :/

It's a blue phone imo, I've already seen this kind of phone (don't remind the brand)

The last picture is funny. The packages on the second one is the way things are written to prevent lawsuits. But that one is crazy. Like, "warning this beverage is hot". No kidding it'd coffee. :)
