OP to Troll =F|A= forums... :D but in all seriousness, I do not think that in principle that it is a bad idea... I assume that they would only target continually harrassing people who have an IP address in Arizona. what I mean by this, could be, for example, someone who is harassing someone on facebook, despite being warned to stop by facebook, and the recipient of the abuse.

I live in AZ hasn't passed yet. i say eff it.I'm moving in a year or so, ill troll elsewhere.
