All it does lock your physics at what you get with 125FPS reguardless of what FPS you are actually getting. Makes trick jumping more stable. It's normal, unless you have enough xp edit: I don't understand why you use cl_timenudge 5. Is your ping unsteady, so you want more blue than yellow in your lagometer?
