binding v-says like mofo shouldnt be allowed

I really dont know how you thinking about such things, maybe i am to old for this but me for my part does not like it to get called motherf***er after each kill i got. In my opinion v-says like mofo should not binded on a key.

Everyone should have fun on the servers but is it really fun to call people names like this?

I understand what you mean and that can get annoying, but realize its still just an online game. If there is a specific person that just wont STFU and goes on and on with it please take screenshots or condumps and report it here on the forums in the complaint section. If your talking about the soundpacks for the servers and they really annoy you I believe there is a way to shut off your sound so you dont have to hear it. Either that or just play on another server without the sound pack.

 

You can also bring attention the issue while on server by letting an admin know and the admin can then try to handle the situation accordingly. There are many ways to handle an issue if it really is a problem but on your part just dont let the stupid nub get to you. Ignore it and get the satisfaction that when you kill him you get under his skin for them to Troll like that.

 

Remember its all fun so dont let a stupid kid get on your nerves especially when its online gaming.

I would suggest you to just ignore them, unless they use really really offensive binds (well, not that mofo is nice eh...)

 

I know, especially if somebody binds it and spams it after every single death it's a bit excessive, I do whine sometimes, but every kill... come on. But it's just a game, some players do it for fun, don't take it too seriously. After all if they call you that it's because they are losing

PERSONALLY, that kind of stuff never annoys me, its just like using a puppet to say certain phrases at certain times.

 

If it bugs you, turn down volume or /ignore.

 

If its spam or something thats not a vsay, speak to us.

 

But yea, it's an internet game, so it's a fair playing field for everyone.

Take it as a compliment, you are able to wind him up because you're a better player than him.

 

If he's spamming it, then tell him to spam less, or tell an admin / take a screenshot.

A screenshot only would show my name as its a bind of a shortcut(last person who killed you) and a sound of the soundpack. And yes, it is annoying and a kind of disrespecting people, thats why i added this topic here and not in the complaint section cause its worth a discussion. Ones fun doesnt mean others pain, is it?

I also agree that it can be quite annoying, and sometimes disrespectful to other players. For me, when this happens, I try to keep a few things in mind. First, they are not swearing at you, they are swearing at your character (most of the time). Second, apart from spammers, the only time that I ever really take notice of players in these situations is when they take the time to type something out by hand. If they are using binds every once and a while, they are just doing it for the sake of doing it. Nevertheles, I will keep an eye on this a little more when I am playing.

Imho just ignore it, especially if the player in question is the one I am thinking, that bind is a big improvement over the past trolling 24/7

 

Some players suffer from paranoia about everyone being a cheater, and they insult them for free because they can't lose, others tell you things like 'backer' 'lucker' ... lol I have even heard 'hider' xd what's next? Shooter?

 

They tell you these things when they lose, this way they can depict you as 'loser' in some way. They lost? Yes, but you are a dirty backer, cheater or just a poor lucker, so it's not their fault... you are 'morally' the loser, according to their thinking.

Or maybe they have to say 'reloading', '2vs1', 'was scratching my a**'. That's the 1st step.

 

When they run out of things like that, they start generic insults.

 

Imho you should read it as 'great shot' and keep on playing. Recently, nobody says 'great shot' anymore, the new way to say it is 'noob' or stuff like that

Baska , Saizou & couple more clan members contributed in making new vsay.. which are implemented on jay4 currently. Dare himself said that from some view this vsays like motherfk and fk u are not good , in near future vsays from jay4 will be implemented on jay2 and jay3 .

Yea it is very annoying.. if you get any problem on our any server during game play plz get some SS, that will be very good and helpful for our admins to understand your problem more clearly and to help you out.

i'm glad this topic was brought up. honestly, we should remove swearing/bad word vsays in our servers(like jay2). hearing or even seeing those words on your screen is really irritating. such vsays do not contribute to a friendly gaming environment which FA is known of.
