Coz that would lead how the stick is being extended under his arms, and extended further down with a small chair under his nyass so next time u see one, remove his arms from the stick, and watch out coz somebody might punch you in ur face LOL EDITED: the carpet is a way to hide the strong "foundation" or base laid out and connected to the stick.
